Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
NathanBryce.com is intended to be useful, readable, and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, keyboard navigation, captions, alternative input devices, and browser accessibility features.
For purposes of this statement, “I,” “me,” “my,” “Nathan Bryce,” “NathanBryce.com,” and “this website” refer to Nathan K. Bryce and the website located at https://nathanbryce.com. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, subscribers, customers, clients, assessment users, course participants, and others who use this website.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. I am working to improve the usability of this website over time as content, tools, plugins, design elements, and services are updated.
1. Plain-English Summary
I want NathanBryce.com to be usable by people with different abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. I am working toward recognized accessibility practices, but some older content, third-party tools, embedded media, documents, or experimental features may not yet work perfectly for every visitor.
If you have trouble using any part of this website, contact me at nathan@nathanbryce.com. Please tell me what page you were using, what problem you encountered, and what assistive technology, browser, or device you were using if that information is available. I will make reasonable efforts to help you access the information, product, or service you were trying to use.
2. Accessibility Commitment
I am committed to improving accessibility on this website so that visitors can read content, navigate pages, understand offers, access resources, complete forms, purchase products or services, review legal policies, and contact me with fewer barriers.
My goal is to make the website more accessible for people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, learning, speech, neurological, and other disabilities. This includes visitors who rely on assistive technology as well as visitors who benefit from clear structure, readable typography, strong contrast, plain navigation, captions, descriptive links, and predictable page behavior.
Because this website includes a mix of WordPress pages, Elementor layouts, blog archives, older posts, downloadable resources, embedded content, forms, payment tools, assessments, and third-party services, accessibility work is ongoing rather than finished once.
3. Accessibility Standard
I aim to improve NathanBryce.com in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG. The practical target for new and revised pages is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable for the type of content, tools, and third-party services being used.
WCAG is organized around four broad goals: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. In practical terms, that means the website should work better for visitors who need readable text, keyboard access, alt text, clear headings, descriptive links, adequate color contrast, predictable navigation, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
This statement is not a claim that every page, file, feature, or third-party tool on the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA at all times. Instead, it describes the standard I am working toward and the process I use to improve access.
4. Current Accessibility Status
NathanBryce.com is partially conformant with the accessibility goal described above. “Partially conformant” means that many parts of the website may already be usable and accessible, while some areas may not fully meet the target standard yet.
The site is being revised and reorganized. As pages are updated, I am trying to improve structure, headings, readability, color contrast, link clarity, image descriptions, mobile usability, and keyboard-friendly navigation.
Older content may not yet reflect current design, accessibility, formatting, or navigation standards. Some older posts, images, downloadable files, forms, embedded content, or legacy pages may need additional work.
5. Measures I Am Taking
Accessibility improvements may include:
- Using clear headings and section structure.
- Improving text readability, spacing, and line length.
- Using descriptive link text where practical.
- Adding or improving alternative text for meaningful images.
- Avoiding reliance on color alone to convey meaning.
- Improving contrast between text and background colors.
- Keeping navigation more consistent and easier to understand.
- Testing important pages on desktop and mobile devices.
- Reviewing forms, buttons, and calls to action for clarity.
- Making legal pages, service pages, and consulting pages easier to read and navigate.
- Reviewing newly created content for accessibility before publication where practical.
- Providing assistance or alternate formats when a visitor reports an access problem.
Accessibility improvements are prioritized for core pages, including the homepage, service pages, contact pages, checkout-related pages, legal pages, high-traffic pages, and pages related to paid products or services.
6. Known Limitations
Although I am working to improve accessibility, some limitations may remain. Known or possible limitations include:
- Older blog posts may contain images without ideal alternative text.
- Older pages may not use the cleanest heading structure.
- Some older downloadable PDFs, worksheets, handouts, slides, or documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Some embedded videos or audio resources may not yet include complete captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions.
- Third-party tools, forms, payment pages, scheduling tools, assessment tools, or embedded content may not be fully controlled by me.
- Some design elements created with WordPress themes, Elementor widgets, plugins, or legacy shortcodes may require additional review or adjustment.
- Some images used for decoration, historical content, examples, or blog archives may need further review.
- Some AI-generated or AI-assisted images may require improved text alternatives or descriptions before publication.
- Some older content may use formatting, typography, tables, or layouts that are less accessible than current pages.
If you encounter one of these limitations and need access to the information or service, contact me. I will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another format or help you complete the task.
7. Third-Party Content and Tools
This website may include third-party services, embedded content, plugins, payment processors, scheduling tools, videos, audio players, maps, forms, analytics tools, spam-prevention tools, social media embeds, AI tools, email signup tools, or other outside services.
I do not fully control the accessibility of third-party websites, services, platforms, widgets, or embedded content. When possible, I try to choose tools that support accessibility. However, third-party content may not always meet the same accessibility target as the rest of the website.
If a third-party tool prevents you from completing an important action, such as contacting me, purchasing a product, scheduling a consultation, completing a form, or accessing a paid resource, contact me directly so I can look for a reasonable alternate method.
8. Alternative Formats and Assistance
If you need information from this website in another format, I will make reasonable efforts to help. Depending on the content and request, alternate assistance may include:
- Emailing text from a page.
- Providing a plain-text version of content.
- Sending a document in a different format where practical.
- Explaining a product, service, or resource by email or phone.
- Helping you complete a form or request by another method.
- Providing a transcript, summary, or written description when available or reasonably practical.
- Finding another way for you to access a paid product, resource, or service if the original access method creates a barrier.
Some alternate formats may take additional time, especially for long documents, older resources, video or audio content, highly visual materials, assessments, or third-party tools.
9. Accessibility Feedback
I welcome feedback about accessibility barriers on NathanBryce.com.
If you encounter a problem, please include as much of the following information as you can:
- The web address or page title where the problem occurred.
- A description of the problem.
- What you were trying to do.
- The browser and device you were using.
- The assistive technology you were using, if any.
- Any error message you received.
- Your preferred way for me to respond.
You do not have to provide all of this information, but details make it easier to identify and fix the problem.
10. Response Time
I try to respond to accessibility-related messages within a reasonable time, usually within 5 business days when possible.
Some issues may require additional investigation, help from a plugin provider, theme provider, hosting company, payment processor, scheduling tool, developer, or third-party platform. If a fix takes longer, I may provide an update or offer an alternate way to access the information or service.
If your request involves a purchase, paid resource, scheduled service, consulting inquiry, or time-sensitive matter, please mention that in your message.
11. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
NathanBryce.com is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Because browsers, devices, operating systems, screen readers, plugins, and web standards change over time, some combinations may work better than others.
For best results, use an updated browser and operating system. Older browsers, unsupported devices, unusual browser extensions, privacy blockers, script blockers, or outdated assistive technologies may affect how the site displays or functions.
If a page does not work with your browser or assistive technology, contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to help you access the content or complete the task another way.
12. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. I expect NathanBryce.com to keep changing as I add consulting services, AI resources, personality tools, articles, products, workshops, courses, downloads, and client-related pages.
As the site changes, I intend to review and improve accessibility in practical ways, especially on pages that help visitors understand services, make purchases, complete forms, access resources, read policies, or contact me.
I also recognize that automated accessibility tools cannot catch every issue. Visitor feedback is helpful because real-world use often reveals barriers that automated scans miss.
13. Related Policies
This Accessibility Statement works together with other policies on this website, including:
These policies explain other rules and practices related to privacy, purchases, refunds, website use, intellectual property, assessments, AI tools, and client work.
