AI Human Alignment Audit
Watch your AI content get rebuilt — live — for the people it is missing.
Your AI is producing more than ever, but is it still reaching real people? The AI Human Alignment Audit is a live, screen-share teardown of one real sample: where it lands, where it falls flat, and exactly who it is leaving behind.
The session is designed for organizations that already use AI, or are close to using it, and want sharper customer communication, training content, sales messaging, or internal workflows without losing human judgment.
This is a hands-on teardown of one real piece of content, live, on a call — not a broader planning conversation about your overall AI direction. If you need the bigger-picture version instead, see the AI Strategy Session.
AI can sound polished and still miss people.
The danger is not only bad AI output. Sometimes the output looks acceptable, but it quietly favors one kind of reader while leaving others uncertain, skeptical, unmoved, or unready to act.
The visible problem
AI helps teams write faster, but many AI-assisted messages become generic. They explain the offer, but they do not create trust, reduce confusion, answer the real objection, or help the reader make a decision.
The hidden problem
The same message rarely persuades everyone. One reader is waiting for proof, another for reassurance, another for a clear plan, another for a reason to move now. A flat, one-note message can be efficient and still quietly fail most of the room.
Bring one real sample.
For the audit to be useful, we need one specific, reasonably contained piece of communication — not a full campaign or multi-asset project. It can be public-facing or internal, and it does not need to be perfect. The audit works best when the sample is something your team is already using, testing, or about to publish.
Good samples include: landing page copy, sales emails, customer service scripts, donor messages, training excerpts, onboarding material, proposal language, or an AI-generated draft your team is unsure about.
Landing pages, email sequences, social posts, proposals, product descriptions, or lead magnets.
Course pages, facilitator language, employee training, participant instructions, or lesson drafts.
Onboarding notes, support responses, client education, renewal messages, or service explanations.
Prompt instructions, internal templates, review checklists, process documents, or AI-generated drafts.
Review. Rebuild. Choose a path.
The audit is not a lecture. It is a live screen-share session: your material gets run through a custom tool that rebuilds it five different ways, and we look at all five together.
Submit a sample
You provide one message, page, script, or workflow you want reviewed.
Five rebuilds
Your material is rewritten four ways — one per communication style — plus one version that blends all four.
Live walkthrough
On the call, we go through all five versions together and discuss what each reveals about your original.
Report and next step
You leave with a written report and a clear recommendation, not a generic sales pitch.
Same product. Different receivers. Better fit.
Here is how one ordinary piece of copy changes when it is rebuilt for different communication preferences — the same rebuild your sample goes through.
Boutique Coffee Subscription
The generic copy
“Enjoy delicious coffee delivered straight to your door. We source the best beans from around the world and roast them to perfection. Subscribe to our service and wake up to a great cup of coffee every morning.”
Version 1
Start your morning with the dependable quality you deserve. We honor generations of agricultural tradition by partnering with established heritage farms, ensuring a consistent, classic roast that provides the perfect anchor to your daily routine.
Version 2
Kickstart your day with a bold, high-octane brew. We hunt down rare, intense beans from around the world and fast-track them to your door so you get a fresh hit of flavor right when you need it most.
Version 3
Savor a cup with a story. Every bean is sourced through meaningful relationships with dedicated growers, bringing care, connection, and craft into your home to warm both your hands and your heart.
Version 4
Experience the science of optimal extraction. We source select high-altitude varietals and apply exact thermal profiling during the roasting process to unlock complex flavor compounds for a precisely balanced cup.
Version 5 — Universal
Discover a brilliantly crafted coffee subscription that gives your mornings bold momentum, dependable quality, thoughtful sourcing, and expertly controlled roasting. Each delivery brings rare, flavorful beans selected with respect for the growers, roasted with precision for depth and balance, and sent on a schedule you can count on — so every cup feels exciting, meaningful, and reassuring.
Each highlighted phrase marks the words doing the work for that communication style — and in the last version, all four working together.
This is the same process applied to your sample: four distinct rebuilds plus one version built to work for everyone, reviewed together on the call.
Four kinds of signals matter.
The audit looks for practical signals that help different people understand, trust, evaluate, and act. This is not about labeling your audience. It is about making sure your communication does not speak in only one register.
Warmth and trust
Does the message acknowledge people, values, relationships, concerns, and shared purpose?
Order and clarity
Does the message provide steps, expectations, timelines, proof of reliability, and a clear path?
Logic and precision
Does the message explain why the offer makes sense, how it works, and what evidence supports it?
Energy and action
Does the message show practical payoff, momentum, direct benefit, and a simple next move?
Apply if this sounds familiar.
- Your team is already using AI for customer, client, donor, sales, marketing, or training content.
- Your AI output is fast, but it often sounds generic, overly technical, too soft, too vague, or too scattered.
- Your organization has the budget for a $750 engagement, if the fee is not waived.
- You have, or can involve, someone with the authority to approve further work if the audit reveals a clear opportunity.
Do not apply yet if...
- You only want a general introduction to AI tools.
- You do not yet have a message, page, script, workflow, or draft ready for review.
- Your organization could not consider any paid next step even if the fit is strong.
- You are looking for medical, legal, financial, clinical, or crisis-response advice. This audit does not provide that.
One audit. Several possible paths.
The audit may reveal a message problem, a workflow problem, a training problem, or a system problem. The right next step depends on what we find.
Strategy session
Best when leaders need a clear AI roadmap before investing in tools, training, or implementation.
Workflow review
Best when the issue is larger than one message and the whole process needs to be examined.
Training or buildout
Best when your team needs new skills, new templates, new prompt systems, or a working AI-assisted content process.
A few expectations.
The application page asks for details about your organization, how you are using AI, and the material you want reviewed. These details help me decide whether the complimentary audit is the right next step.
Is this really complimentary?
For selected organizations, yes. The audit has a $750 diagnostic value, but I waive the fee for a limited number of organizations each month when the fit is strong. The decision is mine, and it often depends on factors like the size of the opportunity and how many paying engagements I already have that month.
When do I pay, and what if I'm not happy with it?
You are never charged before the session. If your fee is not waived, you are invoiced after the call, and only if you are satisfied with the audit. If you are not satisfied, you owe nothing.
Is this the same as an AI Workflow Review?
No. The AI Human Alignment Audit is the entry-point diagnostic. It focuses on whether a specific AI-assisted message or sample is communicating well to different kinds of people. A Workflow Review is a deeper paid engagement that examines the process behind the work.
Is this the same as the AI Strategy Session?
No. The audit is built around one piece of content: we take a real sample, identify what it is missing, and rebuild it live on the call. The AI Strategy Session is a separate, always-paid engagement focused on your broader AI direction — use cases, tools, risks, and what to do first — rather than one specific message.
Will I receive a complete report?
Yes. Before the call, your sample is run through the same tool we use live, and reviewed to make sure the output is genuinely useful. You receive a 3–5 page written report at the end of the session, in addition to the live walkthrough.
Can this be done in person?
The audit is remote by default. Local in-person meetings may be possible in Utah County or nearby areas by arrangement. Travel outside the local area requires a paid engagement or travel coverage.
Ready to apply?
Complete the application if your organization has AI-generated or AI-assisted content you would like reviewed. I review submissions personally and select a limited number of complimentary audits each month.
There is no fee at risk in applying, and no invoice unless the session is worth paying for.
One contained piece — a script, ad, pitch, donor appeal, mission statement, or page of copy. Not a full campaign.
Tell me who the message is for and what result it is supposed to produce.
If the fit is strong, the audit may lead to strategy, review, training, or buildout work.
