  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions, sliced


Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. While the oven is heating, clean your potatoes thoroughly, removing any bruises or discolored spots. To allow steam to escape during baking, stab each potato about 10 times. Next, take a small bowl and add a splash of canola oil.
