Terms of Use

1. Plain-English Summary

In general:

  • You are responsible for how you use this website, my resources, and any advice, examples, templates, assessments, AI-assisted materials, or educational content.
  • My content is educational and developmental. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, or clinical advice.
  • Assessments, temperament tools, reports, and personality-related resources are for learning, communication, training, coaching, and development unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
  • AI-related materials and AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before being used in important business, legal, medical, financial, employment, military, safety, or public-facing decisions.
  • Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, services, workshops, and custom projects may also be governed by separate checkout terms, invoices, proposals, contracts, or written agreements.
  • My books, articles, frameworks, assessments, graphics, names, marks, models, course materials, prompts, templates, and other original materials are protected intellectual property.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting, browsing, accessing, purchasing from, subscribing to, downloading from, commenting on, registering for, completing an assessment on, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and all policies referenced in them.

If you use this website on behalf of a company, organization, agency, school, church, nonprofit, partnership, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you personally and the entity you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using this website and should not purchase products, complete assessments, register for resources, or use services offered through this website.

4. Eligibility

This website is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use this website, create an account, submit personal information, purchase products, complete assessments, or subscribe to services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use this website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

If a school, parent, guardian, organization, or client arranges for minors to use a resource, assessment, course, or training program, that arrangement may require additional written terms, consent, privacy safeguards, and administrative procedures.

5. Permitted Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal, educational, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You may read articles, review services, submit forms, purchase products, subscribe to updates, complete assessments, download resources you are authorized to access, and contact me about services.

You agree to use this website in a way that respects the rights, safety, reputation, intellectual property, privacy, and security of Nathan Bryce, other users, clients, service providers, and third parties.

You may not use this website in a way that violates applicable law, harms the website, interferes with other users, misuses content, attempts to bypass access controls, or infringes intellectual property rights.

6. Accounts, Passwords, and Access

Some features, products, assessments, memberships, subscriptions, downloads, courses, or client resources may require an account, login, license code, access link, or password.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and contact information.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying me promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Using account access only for yourself or the users allowed under the applicable purchase, license, subscription, or written agreement.

You may not share, sell, transfer, publish, distribute, or reuse account credentials, private access links, license codes, member-only content, or protected materials unless I give written permission or the product terms allow it.

I may suspend, limit, or terminate access if I believe an account has been misused, compromised, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Purchases, Payments, and Orders

This website may offer paid products and services, including digital downloads, assessments, reports, books, subscriptions, memberships, courses, AI strategy sessions, consulting, workshops, retainers, custom projects, and physical products.

By placing an order or making a payment, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • The billing information you provide is accurate.
  • You agree to pay all charges, taxes, shipping fees, recurring fees, and other amounts shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
  • You understand that some products or services may be delivered digitally, remotely, or through third-party platforms.

Prices, descriptions, availability, features, access periods, delivery methods, and product details may change at any time. I may correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, or availability information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

I may refuse, cancel, limit, or refund an order if I believe it involves fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing error, misuse, unlawful activity, technical error, violation of these Terms, or another legitimate business reason.

8. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refunds, returns, cancellations, rescheduling, exchanges, credits, and related requests are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, any terms shown at checkout, any product-specific terms, and any written agreement that applies to your purchase.

Many items offered through this website are digital, custom, educational, time-based, access-based, service-based, or intellectual in nature. For that reason, many purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, a download has been delivered, an assessment has been completed, a session has been scheduled or delivered, or work has begun.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Consulting, Workshops, Custom Projects, and Client Work

Consulting, AI strategy, workshops, personality-routed AI systems, curriculum development, content development, assessment development, publishing services, website work, prompt systems, implementation projects, retainers, and similar client services may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or signed contract.

Separate Written Agreements

If you hire me for a custom project, the project may include separate terms covering scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, revisions, payment schedule, confidentiality, intellectual property, client responsibilities, termination, expenses, tools, third-party costs, and other project details.

Unless a signed written agreement says otherwise, I do not begin custom work until required deposits, initial payments, intake information, access credentials, files, decisions, approvals, or other project-start requirements have been provided.

Client Responsibilities

For client work, you are responsible for providing timely information, materials, feedback, access, approvals, decisions, subject-matter input, and legal or compliance review when needed. Delays in providing these items may delay the project.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Consulting, AI strategy, workshops, content development, systems, courses, funnels, assessments, publications, and implementation work may provide strategy, tools, materials, training, frameworks, or deliverables. They do not guarantee specific income, sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, funding, employment outcomes, user adoption, performance metrics, personal transformation, or business results unless a signed written agreement expressly states such a guarantee.

10. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Recurring Payments

This website may offer subscriptions, memberships, recurring access, protected content, learning resources, paid libraries, monthly retainers, or other recurring-payment products or services.

By purchasing a subscription or recurring service, you authorize recurring billing according to the terms presented at checkout, in your account, on the product page, in the invoice, or in the written agreement.

You are responsible for cancelling future renewals before the next billing date if you do not want to continue. Cancelling a subscription or membership stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges or the current billing period unless the specific subscription terms or applicable law require a refund.

I may change, suspend, replace, or discontinue subscription features, membership content, resource libraries, or access methods. If a material change affects a paid subscription, I will make reasonable efforts to provide notice or a suitable transition.

11. Assessments, Quizzes, Reports, and Personality Tools

This website may include assessments, quizzes, sorters, reports, temperament tools, personality-related resources, communication tools, Four Lenses resources, Insight Personality Instrument-related materials, and similar educational or developmental tools.

Purpose of These Tools

These tools are intended for education, communication, training, coaching, consulting, team development, self-reflection, leadership development, relationship insight, and related developmental uses.

Unless a signed written agreement says otherwise, these tools are not medical, mental health, psychiatric, psychological-diagnostic, clinical, legal, financial, tax, employment-selection, hiring, firing, fitness-for-duty, security-clearance, or disability-evaluation instruments.

Your Use of Results

You are responsible for how you interpret and apply assessment results, reports, scores, categories, descriptions, and recommendations. Results should not be used to label, limit, discriminate against, diagnose, shame, exclude, or make high-stakes decisions about any person.

If you use these tools in a workplace, school, church, agency, military, nonprofit, training, or organizational setting, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, ethical requirements, consent requirements, privacy expectations, employment rules, accessibility needs, and organizational policies.

12. AI Tools, AI Outputs, and Human Review

My work may involve artificial intelligence tools, AI-assisted writing, AI-assisted strategy, prompt systems, workflow automation, content generation, curriculum support, research assistance, image generation, audio workflows, code assistance, chatbots, and related technologies.

AI Output Requires Human Judgment

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, invented details, bias, unclear reasoning, formatting problems, copyright concerns, privacy risks, or information that is inappropriate for a specific use. You should review, verify, edit, and approve AI-assisted work before using it.

You should not rely on AI-assisted output for medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, safety, emergency, military, regulated, or other high-stakes decisions without review by a qualified professional.

Client Materials and AI Tools

If you provide client materials, documents, prompts, data, transcripts, examples, brand materials, business information, assessment content, or other materials for AI-assisted work, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials and authorize their use for the project.

If your project involves confidential, regulated, proprietary, personal, military, health, education, employment, financial, legal, or sensitive information, you must notify me in writing before sending that information so we can decide whether additional safeguards, restrictions, or agreements are needed.

No Model Training Promise Unless Written

Unless you authorize otherwise in writing, I will not intentionally use your confidential client materials to train a public AI model. However, third-party AI tools, hosting services, cloud services, automation tools, or software platforms may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Educational Information, Not Professional Advice

Content on this website may discuss temperament, personality, communication, leadership, relationships, spirituality, teaching, writing, publishing, consulting, AI, business strategy, marketing, technology, productivity, creativity, faith, personal development, and related topics.

This content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, mental health advice, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, employment advice, emergency advice, or professional advice tailored to your specific situation.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that require medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, safety, or other specialized advice.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its content are owned by Nathan K. Bryce or used with permission. Protected materials may include:

  • Articles, blog posts, essays, sermons, stories, recipes, and written content.
  • Books, ebooks, PDFs, guides, workbooks, handouts, worksheets, templates, prompts, and downloads.
  • Courses, lessons, scripts, slides, videos, audio, workshop materials, and training resources.
  • Assessment items, personality tools, scoring methods, reports, interpretations, descriptions, categories, and frameworks.
  • The Four Lenses, Insight Personality Instrument, temperament-related language, models, diagrams, graphics, and related resources.
  • AI workflows, prompt systems, curriculum structures, content systems, and implementation materials.
  • Logos, designs, page layouts, images, icons, illustrations, colors, trade names, service names, and brand elements.
  • Software, code, scripts, forms, databases, and technical structures, to the extent owned or licensed by me.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, contract, licensing, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you unless a signed written agreement expressly says so.

15. Limited License to Use Website Materials

Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this website and any free materials made available to you for personal, educational, internal business-evaluation, or authorized client-use purposes.

You May Not

Unless you receive written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or resell website content.
  • Use my materials to create competing assessments, courses, workshops, books, resources, websites, AI systems, or consulting products.
  • Upload my protected content into public datasets, training datasets, AI model training systems, or shared prompt libraries.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, authorship, attribution, confidentiality, or proprietary notices.
  • Share paid, protected, or member-only content with people who have not purchased or been authorized to access it.
  • Use my name, brand, frameworks, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, certification, authorization, or affiliation where none exists.

If you want to license, quote, teach, adapt, republish, or use my materials in an organization, course, workshop, book, training program, AI tool, or commercial product, contact me to request written permission.

16. User Content, Comments, and Submissions

You may be able to submit comments, messages, testimonials, reviews, form responses, assessment responses, files, project materials, feedback, suggestions, or other content through this website or through related communication channels.

Your Responsibility for Submissions

You are responsible for anything you submit. You represent that:

  • Your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the right to submit the content.
  • Your submissions do not violate the rights of others.
  • Your submissions do not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful material.
  • Your submissions do not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.

License to Use Submissions

By submitting content to public areas of the website, such as comments, reviews, or testimonials, you grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for clarity or formatting, publish, and use that content in connection with the website, services, marketing, and related materials.

Client materials submitted for private consulting or project work are handled according to the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, and confidentiality expectations for that engagement.

I may moderate, edit, refuse, remove, or delete user submissions at my discretion.

17. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback

If you provide a testimonial, review, endorsement, success story, comment, suggestion, idea, or other feedback, you authorize me to use it unless we agree otherwise in writing.

I may edit testimonials or feedback for length, grammar, spelling, clarity, and formatting, while aiming not to change the meaning. I may use your first name, full name, business name, title, image, or other identifying details only to the extent you provided or approved them for that use.

Feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide may be used to improve, modify, create, or market products, services, content, tools, systems, or resources without compensation to you unless a written agreement says otherwise.

18. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website, my content, products, services, assessments, downloads, forms, or systems to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, court order, or third-party right.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, impersonate, exploit, or harm others.
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
  • Upload malware, viruses, spyware, harmful code, or disruptive material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, databases, plugins, files, or tools.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, mirror, or extract website content without permission.
  • Bypass paywalls, access controls, passwords, license systems, or subscription restrictions.
  • Share, resell, publish, or distribute paid resources without authorization.
  • Use assessments or reports to unlawfully discriminate, diagnose, shame, exclude, or make improper high-stakes decisions about people.
  • Use AI-assisted materials without appropriate human review in high-stakes settings.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with me, my brands, my services, or my materials.
  • Interfere with the normal operation, security, or performance of the website.

I may investigate suspected violations and may suspend access, remove content, cancel orders, terminate accounts, revoke licenses, refuse service, or take legal action where appropriate.

20. Website Availability and Changes

I may update, modify, suspend, replace, remove, limit, or discontinue any part of this website, including articles, resources, downloads, assessments, memberships, courses, forms, products, services, prices, features, and access methods.

I do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your device, or free from technical problems.

I may perform maintenance, change hosting or platforms, update plugins, remove outdated resources, revise content, or restrict access when needed.

21. Disclaimers

This website, its content, and any products, services, assessments, reports, downloads, tools, examples, templates, AI-assisted materials, and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and results.

I do not guarantee that:

  • The website or resources will meet your expectations.
  • The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Content will be complete, current, or free from mistakes.
  • AI-assisted output will be accurate, original, compliant, safe, or suitable for your intended use.
  • Assessments or personality tools will perfectly describe any person.
  • Products, services, consulting, courses, workshops, or content will produce a specific result.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nathan K. Bryce and any related contractors, service providers, agents, representatives, or affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of this website, products, services, assessments, downloads, resources, AI-assisted materials, or third-party tools.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, loss of goodwill, technology failures, inaccurate output, unauthorized access, or reliance on information from this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to this website, products, services, assessments, downloads, resources, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to me for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nathan K. Bryce and any related contractors, service providers, agents, representatives, or affiliates from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your submissions, comments, files, data, materials, or instructions.
  • Your use of materials or outputs in a business, public, regulated, employment, educational, organizational, or high-stakes setting.

24. Suspension or Termination of Access

I may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to this website, accounts, products, services, subscriptions, memberships, downloads, assessments, courses, or resources if I believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, failed to pay, engaged in fraud, shared protected materials, violated intellectual property rights, created security risks, or harmed other users or the website.

Termination does not cancel payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, confidentiality obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification duties, dispute provisions, or any other terms that by their nature should continue after termination.

25. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms, this website, products, services, assessments, resources, or transactions with me will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, or another Utah court with proper jurisdiction.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

26. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact me in writing and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

Notice of Dispute

Your written notice should include:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • The product, service, order, account, or transaction involved.
  • A clear description of the dispute.
  • The remedy you are requesting.
  • Documents, screenshots, receipts, or other information that may help evaluate the issue.

I will make reasonable efforts to review the dispute and respond. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where needed to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, safety, or legal rights.

27. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the website, products, services, technology, payment systems, legal requirements, business practices, or user needs.

When I update these Terms, I will revise the “Last Updated” date above. The updated Terms will apply after they are posted, unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
